Ingredients: 1 small pineapple, 2 peaches, juice of 3 lemons, 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1 and a half tbsp vanilla, 4 cups cold water and ice,
Instructions: Cut the skin off the pineapple, cut it into cubes and place them in a high-speed blender. Cut peaches in half and add them to the blender along with the lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla and 2 cups of water. Run the blender for a minute. Pour into a pitcher and stir in the remaining 2 cups of water. Voila!
